in three cities in North Korea to ask for food and electricity.

fornitura di energia elettrica, in gran parte generata dalle vecchie
centrali costruite dai giapponesi nel periodo di occupazione
coloniale, nelle aree di Jongju e Yongchon, per destinare tutte le
risorse disponibili a Pyongyang e permettere di illuminare la
